What NDIS supports does Eden Ability provide?
Eden Ability provides disability support and accommodation pathways including Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation guidance, respite and Short Term Accommodation, Medium Term Accommodation, hospital discharge support, community participation, daily living assistance and specialist supports. We discuss each person’s goals, support needs and funding before recommending the most suitable next step.
Can Eden Ability help with urgent or crisis accommodation enquiries?
Yes. We prioritise urgent disability accommodation and hospital discharge enquiries. Availability is not guaranteed, because every request requires a suitability, risk, support, funding and vacancy review. Submit the crisis accommodation request form or call 1300 228 856 so our team can assess the situation promptly.
How quickly will Eden Ability respond?
We normally respond to website enquiries within one business day. Urgent accommodation, transition and hospital discharge requests are prioritised. If immediate safety is at risk, contact emergency services on 000; Eden Ability’s enquiry service is not an emergency response service.
Which areas does Eden Ability support?
We support participants and referral partners across Sydney, including the Eastern Suburbs, Mascot, Bondi, Inner City, North Sydney, Fairfield, Western Sydney and South West Sydney, with additional service information for the Southern Highlands. Service availability depends on the requested support, workforce and accommodation vacancies.
